Involves the sale, promotion, or facilitation of:
Firearms, explosives, ammunition
Tobacco, alcohol, or illegal gambling
Illicit drugs, pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances
Counterfeit, pirated, stolen, fraudulent, or misrepresented goods
Securities (registered or unregistered)
Any goods or services the User is not legally authorized to sell
Harvests or collects personal data of third parties without explicit consent.
Violates any applicable law, regulation, or statutory requirement in India.

3.⁠ ⁠No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
All services are provided on a “best effort” and “as-is” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No advice, suggestion, or assistance—written or verbal—provided by Asha Healthcare Guide shall constitute a warranty.
Asha Healthcare Guide shall not be liable for:
Inability to access services
Loss of data or content
Network failures, interruptions, viruses, unauthorized access, or system errors
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
The User is solely responsible for maintaining backups of all content.

4.⁠ ⁠Modification, Suspension & Termination
Asha Healthcare Guide reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Restrict or terminate access if:
The User violates these ToS
Any representation made by the User is false
Required by law, court order, or statutory authority
Upon termination, no refunds shall be issued, and any accrued benefits or credits (if applicable) shall stand forfeited.

Any external links provided may redirect Users outside Asha Healthcare Guide’s platform. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, updates, or operation of such third-party sites.

6.⁠ ⁠User Content Responsibility
The User retains ownership of their content but bears full responsibility for legality, accuracy, and rights.
The User warrants that they have full authority to upload and use the content.
Asha Healthcare Guide may, at its discretion, edit, refuse, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these ToS.
The User agrees to indemnify Asha Healthcare Guide against any claims arising from content ownership or usage.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Prices and commercial terms may change at any time.
Asha Healthcare Guide has no obligation to justify service charges.

8.⁠ ⁠Promotional & Communication Consent
By using the services, the User agrees to receive transactional, service-related, and promotional communications via SMS, email, or other channels, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India (specific city may be added if required).

10.⁠ ⁠No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these ToS creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture between the User and Asha Healthcare Guide.

11.⁠ ⁠Severability
If any provision of these ToS is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.⁠ ⁠Entire Agreement
These ToS constitute the entire agreement between the User and Asha Healthcare Guide and supersede all prior communications, oral or written.
